I share hiking trails, outdoor adventures, and the beautiful places that make you want to get outside and explore.
Whether you're brand new to hiking or already love the trail, this space is here to help you discover new places, build confidence outdoors, and find inspiration for your next adventure.
Here you’ll find trail ideas, practical tips, and real outdoor experiences meant to encourage you to roam a little farther and enjoy the journey along the way.
how it all started
Spending time outdoors started as a simple way to clear my mind and explore new places. What began as casual hikes quickly grew into a deeper love for the trail, the quiet moments in nature, and the sense of adventure that comes from discovering somewhere new.
But something unexpected happened along the way. I started meeting other women who were looking for the same thing.
Women who wanted to explore more.
Women who were curious about hiking but didn’t know where to start.
Women who simply needed a reminder that they belonged outside too.
Wild She Roams grew from those moments.
This space is where I share the trails that inspire me, the lessons learned along the way, and the reminder that adventure doesn’t have to be extreme to be meaningful.
Sometimes it's a mountain view at sunrise.
Sometimes it's a quiet trail close to home.
But every step outside is a chance to explore — and it’s even better when we do it together.
For a long time, the outdoors felt intimidating. Hiking, camping, and adventure often looked like something meant for experts or people who grew up doing it.
But the truth is, everyone can start somewhere.
Wild She Roams exists to make the outdoors feel more approachable, inspiring, and welcoming.
Through trail guides, practical tips, and real experiences, my goal is to help women discover that getting outside doesn’t have to be complicated. More importantly, I hope this space becomes something bigger than just a blog.
A place where women can share trails, encourage each other, swap adventure ideas, and build confidence together. Because the outdoors should never feel like something you have to figure out alone.
Sometimes the biggest adventure starts with simply deciding to take the first step outside.
Explorer at heart.
Beginner forever.
Helping women explore the outdoors with confidence, curiosity, and a sense of adventure.
